文化概况项目背景项目概况. : 场地位于坪山区坑梓街道光祖公园西侧，光祖南路东侧，吉康路南侧，丹梓东路北侧。

设计理念场地分为南北两个地块，两地块相距130余米，两地块用地面积总计21543㎡。

设计愿景

文化设计设计策略北地块建筑地上6层、地下二层，功能包括坪山区科技馆和书城，南地块建筑地上8层、地下二层，功能为坪山区文化馆，两地块之间为光祖公园西入口，地下有兼顾停车和人防的公共停车场。

空间特色总建筑面积72436.62m2，计容积率建筑面积43176.92m2，不计容建筑面积为29259.70m2 。
