建筑概况项目背景项目概况. : 友谊湾社区Youyi 谊湾，一个由一组建筑和几个广场组成的小型社区，位于秦皇岛“阿那亚北岸社区”的南入口，其所在的区域是整个北岸社区南部的公共活动中心。

作为离北京最近的滨海度假胜地，秦皇岛是很受欢迎的旅游目的地，而阿那亚社区一直以来因经常举办各种文化艺术活动而闻名，以此吸引了很多家庭，自由职业者，以及艺术家在此驻留生活和创作。

设计愿景

建筑设计设计策略设计理念友谊湾通过对功能的混合和空间规划，希望营造出一个充满活力的，服务于社区和游客的复合街区，有宜人的尺度和亲密的氛围。

空间设计

建筑特色空间体验空间特色友谊湾建筑群打破了周边的网格秩序，降低了建筑体量，将U型平面的酒店和L型平面的公寓角对角布置，与周边建筑共同围合出两个梯形广场和一个三角院落，并在公寓底层设置柱廊和店铺。

不同尺度的广场和院落，丰富了友谊湾室外空间公共性的层级，酒店和公寓房间的朝向都有了内外之分，让入居者可以有更多的选择。

设计理念功能规划功能布局一层和二层的主要空间都保留给了公共功能，两层通高的集会大厅（Forum Space）向南侧的庭院打开，其余三面分布着零售空间和画廊空间，将聚会、文化讲座、商业活动、音乐会和展览等活动容纳在一起。

床在房间的另一角，靠近小小的阳台，休息的时候，可以在小阳台上看看广场上的人们。

建筑形态创新技术技术创新为了在有限的面积里实现这些功能，并有一种舒适的空间比例，我们没有采用常规的窄长型客房平面，而是以正方形平面为基础，先在宽度方向上划分出“大小两跨”，然后在进深方向上将“两跨”前后错动。
