空间项目简介

空间概况项目概述项目概况这是一个顶楼复式，是女屋主长大的地方。

改造前，我们还能看到她小时候的房间、睡过的高低床。

设计思路

空间设计设计愿景设计理念室内概览，今，在离开了近十年之后，随着二娃的出生，他们决定搬回这所老宅。

男屋主非常珍视亲子关系，希望未来能在这里与两个儿子有很多共同度过的时光。

空间营造

空间特色空间空间设计空间特色亲子空间，theparent-child 层起居空间， space on the first 向餐厅，view of the 向客厅落地窗，view of thefloor-to- in the room 客厅采用灵活隔断， in the room 在一楼，设计师采用灵活的隔断、片墙和柱廊，规划了一个开放和流动的空间；而在二楼，设计师则利用非常有限的层高，通过局部降楼板的方式，创建了一个阁楼，作为两个男孩的秘密空间。

一层空间分析， of the first floor Onthefirstfloor,thedesignerplannedanopenandflowingspacewithflexiblepartitions,walls，andcolonnades;whileonthesecondfloor,thedesignerusedaverylimitedfloorheightandcreatedanatticbypartiallyloweringthefloor.Theatticservesasasecretspaceforthetwoboys. 看向楼梯，view of the 梯通向二层，the to the 个增加出来的阁楼，从南边可以下到二楼那个阳光充足的书房，从北边则连通了二楼的儿童房，三个功能区块又共同形成了一个立体的流动空间。

空间理念建筑风格建筑形态二层空间分析， of the floor Thisaddedatticcanbedescendedfromthesouthtothesunnystudyonthesecondfloor,andfromthenorthisconnectedtothechildren’sroomonthesecondfloor.Thethreefunctionalblockstogetherformathree-dimensionalflowspace. 立体的流动空间，athree-层儿童卧室，children’s on the 计师不仅消除了传统房间的视线阻隔与情感阻隔，而且还创造了平面、立体两个维度的功能串联和洄游动线，为这个家庭创建了一个开放的、可以激发探索欲的居住场所。

二层家庭活动室， room on the 庭活动室细部， of the room 楼梯通向三层活动区，the to the play area on the third 计师的最终目的，就是让两个男孩可以在妈妈长大的屋子里，一起玩耍嬉戏、打滚、捉迷藏、学习、成长，留下美好的、特别的童年记忆！
